"Dine Around the World"
the last Thursday of each month
Adair County Inn & Restaurant is filling the void of ethnic dining choices in the North Country.
With a few exceptions, there are not many ethnic dining options and Head Chef Orlo Coots is drawing on his 25 years of culinary experience to present the Inn’s “Dine Around the World” culinary program.
Each month, Adair County Inn & Restaurant will present the foods, drinks and traditions of a different country.
From Indian curry to French pâté, Head Chef Coots will use his training and experience to recreate the famous and traditional dishes. The guests will also experience a native beverage from the country. When possible the meal will be paired with the national wine, beer or alcohol.
"Dine around the World" offers a three-course dinner, featuring an appetizer, choice of two entrées and a dessert.
Head Chef Coots will choose the most classic or traditional dishes and prepare them as authentically as possible.
In July we travelled to France and travel to August to India, September to Germany and in October to Latin America.
Reservations are taken between 6:30 and 7:30pm.
$45 per person excluding NH tax and gratuity.
